Use of the website
The website exists to connect people in the Dallas area with independent third-party contractors who carry out rodent trapping, exclusion, crawl space work, attic cleanup and related services. Use it lawfully, and only if you are 18 or older. Attacking it, planting malicious code, harvesting it with a scraper or using it to harass anybody are all outside what is permitted.
What we do and do not do
Rodent Removal Dallas is a referral service. The trapping, sealing, cleanup and any other work is performed by an independent contractor to whom your request is referred, and that contractor may pay us a referral fee. Any contract for the work is between you and the contractor. We give no guarantee of the availability, quality, timing or results of any contractor's work, and the information on the site about typical costs and timelines is general guidance that forms no part of any quote.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact details and an honest description of the problem, to verify the license position and insurance of any contractor before work begins, and to resolve any dispute about the work directly with the contractor who performed it.
Intellectual property
The text, images and design of the site belong to or are licensed to Rodent Removal Dallas and are protected by copyright. Reproducing, republishing or handing any of it on needs written permission first, and the contact form is where to ask.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rodent Removal Dallas is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or from work performed by any contractor referred through it, including lost profit, lost data, property damage or consequential loss, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
