Rodent Removal Across the Dallas Area
Contractors are dispatched throughout Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall and Tarrant counties. The neighborhoods and towns below get their own page because the housing and the trees change what a job looks like.
- Five counties covered
- Pier-and-beam districts and slab suburbs
- Same free inspection everywhere
Two kinds of Dallas-area house, two kinds of job
The pre-1965 districts and the post-1970 suburbs produce different inspections. In Lakewood, the M Streets, Casa Linda and Kessler Park the pressure comes from red oaks, live oaks, pecans and cedar elms resting on 1920s to 1940s rooflines, from soffits and gable screens that are decades old, and from the crawl space under a pier-and-beam house. In Lake Highlands, Preston Hollow and the suburbs from Plano to Duncanville the houses are brick veneer on a slab, the trees are younger or planted, and the entry points are soffit returns, roof returns, the weep holes along the base course and the garage door seal.
What the work involves is on the service pages. What the ground looks like is here. Roof rat removal and rodent exclusion are the two most areas call for, with crawl space rodent control close behind in the older districts.
Neighborhood and town pages
Each page is grounded in what is known about that area: the age of the houses, the foundation type, the creeks and the canopy that touch the roofs.
